Transactions through game channels will run parallel to the main chain, which will significantly speed up the work and which is very important for real-time gaming. In other words, it is similar to the Lightning Network in Bitcoin.

Xaya released their game demo this week. Taurion Is a strategic MMO with RPG elements that follows the Huntercoin spirit of labor-decentralization in games. In addition, it will be based on the Unreal Engine, which means a solid graphon.
The plot of the game reminded me of something mix Prospectors on EOS and Dune. Through many millions years in the future, players will explore the planet Taurion to find their prey, create alliances, and fight against each other ...
The game will have three factions, in which players will be composed and they will compete for 70mln. lands. These lands will be divided into 700 000 regions, where you can extract resources and find artifacts. Given the experience of creating Huntercoin and supporting the game for more than 5 years, we can expect that the game will be long-term and those clans that will dominate the game will be able to receive good dividends from this. But it is not known how popular the game will be.
Innovative - yes, but popular ... it's hard to say. it is quite specific. In other words, the developers are creating a semblance of an Autonomous Gaming Decentralized World. Even the developers cannot decide whether this is an MMORPG with a strategy or MMORTS with RPG elements 🙂
Another challenge that developers will need to solve is attracting an audience to the Xaya platform, because they do not have a user base comparable in number to Ethereum or EOS. Not many people know about the Xaya blockchain, let alone have their wallet ... Nevertheless, the game looks decent.
