Revolving Games raises $25 million for crypto games

Studio Revolving Games raised $25 million including all three rounds, which were mainly led by a crypto company Pantera Capital. The funds are planned to be spent on the development of Web3 games. The following took part in the round: Animoca Brands, Polygon, CryptoKitties, Dapper labs and Dan Houser, former studio producer Rockstar Gameswho will be a consultant Revolving Games.

Gamedev studio Revolving Games was founded in 2020 and developed mobile free-to-play games. Revolving Games now consists of two studios with over 100 employees working on blockchain games in North America, Europe and Asia. The studio has two games in development. First Battlestar Galactica game in collaboration with Gala Games and NBC Universal was introduced to Galaverse in June 2022. Second game Skyborne Legacy, about which there is so far the least information, but this is for now.

Skyborne Legacy

Skyborne Legacy is a co-op adventure RPG developed on the Polygon blockchain inspired by classic Nintendo titles such as Animal Crossing и The Legend of Zelda. The game is set to be officially announced on October 4th, with the game's teaser, roadmap, whitelist, and other details to be revealed during the game's demo and first AMA.
