Over the past weeks GalaGames presented several new projects that were announced at the Galaverse II event.
Freestyle Football 2
Freestyle Football 2 is a third-person football game with a cast of characters, although it's more accurate to say soccer players. The Freestyle game franchise has been around for quite some time, so we are witnessing how an already existing game is moving into the blockchain universe. The release date is listed as TBD (to be determined) in other words not decided yet.
Champions Arena
Champions Arena is an RPG game with over a hundred champions and is filled with various items. Players send champions into battle, equipping them with equipment, spells, and skill cards. The game promises PvE, PvP, guild brawls and story campaigns.
Gala Games is a blockchain game maker with an ever-growing library of projects, including games such as town star, mirandus, spider tanks, Echoes of Empire and others. Gala is on the Ethereum blockchain. GalaGames recently expanded their horizons beyond games and started working with music and films, Gala Music и Gala Films.
The Sandbox heading to the movies with Lionsgate Studios
The Sandbox teamed up with movie giant Lionsgate Studios, to create the first official movie in the metaverse. Through this partnership The Sandbox will work together with Lionsgate and their longtime partner, Millennium Media.
An epic collaboration will kick off the creation of an epic Action City metropolis populated by some of the great legends including the cast of The Expendables, Mr. Rambo, and Hellboy.
Within this event The Sandbox will allow fans to jump into the skins of their favorite characters, equip a range of functional accessories, and then create their own adventures.
in the future and Lionsgateand Millennium Media will work together to add more of their ideas to the metaverse and build additional urban areas based on many genres of the film industry.
