farsite is a space MMO with P2E elements. The game is currently in a pre-alpha state, but at the same time it enjoys some popularity, judging by the demand in previous sales. Fortunately, you can participate in the pre-alpha without investment. This will be discussed today.
What is happening in the game now?
While the developers are finishing the project, players can already extract resources and build buildings on the planets. This, in turn, allows you to earn credits already at the current moment, but due to the high demand, the threshold for entering the game is now quite high, and not everyone wants to pay so much for an unfinished project.
And yet try farsite is free, but you can only travel around the world of the game and examine it carefully. Unfortunately, it will not work to extract resources, but you can try to get a White Container and improve your starter kit.
Airdrop campaign
In fact, it looks like an ambassador. But in farsite decided to call it an airdrop. Well, OK.
Each player can receive the above containers. They may contain "valuable in-game items that can be used to play or freely sold on the open marketplace." You can get them for completing tasks.
It's worth noting that your points reset as soon as you get one of these containers, but you'll keep all your items.
Below is a list of activities that you must complete if you want to participate in the event. In parentheses are the comment, the number of points for the performance and the regularity of the task. We also provide a list of items that you can get for your activity and their cost.
Campaign Missions
- Apply for the campaign (follow the in-game prompt, 1000 points, once only)
- Join the community on Discord (copy and paste your unique code into the #welcome channel, 2500 points, once only)
- Unlock unique ships (post screenshot link on Discord, 5000 points, once a week)
- Share your hangar on Twitter (2500 points, one-time)
- Invite friends. If players follow your referral link and complete at least one of the campaign tasks, you will receive 10000 points per player.
- Interaction with YouTube (2500 points, no exact instructions, it all depends on the developers)
- Retweet with comment (5000 points, once a week)
- YouTube Content: Make a video about Farsite, upload it to YouTube and send the link: (50 points)
- Blog Post / Review Article: Create content and submit a link (25 points, once a week). You can write about everything related to the game.
- Subscribe to Facebook (1000 points, one-time)
- Interaction with Facebook (5000 points, the same is true that was said about Youtube)
Awards
- Moon A-1: launch ship
- Phase Rail Weapon 1: Pretty easy to get
- Kinetic Mining Laser 1: standard mining laser, also easy to get
- Duralumin Container 1: Requires 100000 points to unlock. Can be obtained by spending some time.
- Moon A-2: improved ship. Can be obtained for 125000 points, quite achievable over time.
- Phase Missile Weapon 1: 150000 points, but also quite achievable. One of the most interesting targets.
- Phase Missile Shield I: A very useful item, but it takes a lot of work: 500000 points.
- Phase Artillery Shield I: This item is similar to the previous one, but more useful in the game. 1000000 points.
- Pneumatic Drone Bay I: The coolest thing to get for the most active members of the community. 5000000 points!
The campaign began back in April 2021, but is still ongoing, as is the development of the game. This may signal a quality approach to development, but before any investment, carefully study everything on your own. #DYOR
