I thought for a long time how to start writing this news, and in the end I decided to start with EOS Knights. I have a lot of fond memories and emotions associated with this game. The first EOS economic INDI game with RPG elements. Whoever says what, and whatever difficulties she is experiencing now, a large number of people still play it. A large number of useful third-party resources have been written for lashing, large communities have been formed. If we talk about the EOS Knights ru-community, then this is a unique phenomenon in the blockchain environment. Kind, funny, responsive and active, one might even say that this is a large group of friends (again, by current standards, it is the BCH-communities dedicated to ONE game). For those who tried to play knights earlier and did not understand it, I think it is important to note that half of these games are the community itself. The shortcomings and simplicity of the gameplay, the lack of those emotions from the game that you experience in shooters or any other MMO and real time games, in the aggregate, that Fan from them - in such games, the community partially compensates. It is incorrect to compare, but I think some people will remember how in the days of dialup people played in the world in RPG-chat games and found them quite fun. Yes, there are always haters and negativity. Yes, it is now 2019. and NOT the blockchain industry is already far ahead. But at THIS moment (and I believe that if we talk about crypto games, then we are just somewhere between dial-up and optics), I still think that EOS Knights is the best game that the blockchain has seen.

And now we smoothly come to the topic of today's news: EOS Dynasty (EN) / Three Kingdoms (CN).

EOS Dynasty - RPG, PVP game, completely on the eos. I would call it a restart of EOS Knights.

Launch is scheduled for May 2019. The developer has confirmed this date.

That is why I will not describe everything in detail here. First of all this text is for those who played / playing / would like to play, but the train called EOS Knights is gone. For those who are not familiar with EOS Knights, but will be interested in this game.

Interface

So what do we see here? - Yes, everything is the same as in knights. Water is a green ball in the upper right corner, only now it is Tiger Runes. 20000 runes cost 1.6 eos - Secret Code. Also by floors (now these are kingdoms / cities / or something like that), as well as 10 mobs per floor / city. 

Materials / Items - similar to those in the EK. From left to right: inventory, market, illustrated list of all available. Below on the right - destroying, here everything is the same. The more items / equipment you destroy, the more water / tigers you will receive.

Craft / Grade - no change: percentages, the number of items for the next grade, now dragon gems are in place of water. All we have 6 grades: grade /number of items for the next grade /The percentage of stat you gain for grade in the table below.

Pets and weapons

With pets everything is clear - for yourself or on expedition. But the weapon is not entirely clear, there is 8 types, but I could not understand what the difference is, let's figure it out along the way.

Stages

The logic is unchanged, the higher level of the character, the more stages available to you. The high stages, the greater chance of steep mats falling out, the types of mats will also be different.

Features

First of all and most importantly, this is PVP. Battlefields are scheduled for July 2019. The winning player robs the loser by taking some of his TKT tokens. Also under the PVP is planned to release new types of heroes, such as a healer and others (the addition is planned in August 2019).

Second one Secondly, it is own token (TKT), it will be recieved for completing daily tasks, for passing companies, for purchases / sales on the in-game market and for winning PVP.
What to do with him? steak and receive dividends (in eos or materials), get IDs from partners, also it is planned to introduce additional chips to TKT holders. Note: I am glad that the whole market and everything else is important precisely on its Eos! The game is fullchain. And those who have played at least once in fullchain games on eos are unlikely to want to deal with games on eth. In such games on eth, in order to play with more or less comfort, part of the game has to be done off-chain.

Third, In Whitepepper, attention is paid to inflation.

Fourth, NFT, if I understood everything correctly: the items will be available for trading in third-party markets, and it turns out that their leasing will be available on the Scatter Marketplace (an article about this market will be a little bit later) when it will be released.

Conclusion

Summarizing all of the above, my thoughts are: although this is the Chinese sequel to EOS Knights, but if everything is implemented as promised, we may get a better version of the game, with new mechanics and bug fixes. In addition, I’m sure that there are much more chips and improvements in the Dynasty, it’s just that most of them cannot be understood by a person who does not speak Chinese 🙂
On the one hand, of course, it annoys a little that this project is from third-party developers, but on the other hand, our Chinese brothers work much faster, which means updates and additions will be more frequent.

Also, if someone is interested in this project, then I recommend to buy a pack for 1 eos right now - it includes 3 heroes, 7000 water / tiger gems and TKT tokens. Why do you need to buy it? Because in any case, it will be necessary, the heroes will not be free at the start, and you will still have to spend money on them, just as you will need gems anyway, after all, pets will most likely buy for gems. Knights's players already know it, i guess:)
