What is Blockchain Brawlers?
Blockchain brawlers is a P2E game developed by WAX Studios. A game for fans of wrestling and fights in a cage, in other words wrestling on the blockchain.
The release of the game is scheduled for the beginning of the second quarter of 2022. It will not work for free, players will need a brawler and Ring NFT to take part in the battles. Players will have to fight opponents in order to earn BRWL, a token Blockchain brawlers. Your fighters can have a different degree of rarity, the higher the rarity, the more earnings from battles. Fighters can be equipped with weapons, which will give you the opportunity to receive additional bonuses. In addition to receiving BRWL tokens, players will have a chance to receive golden NFTs after the battle.

The Wax Game Studio team continues to work on the game. Updates to the economy, user interface, and some game mechanics have been published. We have collected information about the upcoming sale of the legendary Ric Flair packs, but more on that at the very end.
Let's not be disingenuous, sometimes blockchain games can be tricky to navigate, especially when you're just getting started. Wax Game Studio developers have tried to make the interface as clear as possible for the players.
The gameplay will take place on four different screens:
- Battle arena where fighters will fight
- Locker room where you can view your inventory
- Crafting screen where you can create items and fighters
- A marketplace for buying and selling in-game items and fighters.
On the main screen, users will be able to select their cell and fighters in order to immediately fly into the battle. Other screens will always be available through the three tabs at the bottom of the interface. In the upper right corner, users will have quick access to their wallet and, without searching the wilds, will be able to exchange $BRAWL tokens for $WAXP without leaving the game.
In the inventory, users will be able to both equip their fighter and select the right fighter to enter the ring. The crafting system looks good and is intuitive.
Updated Economy Blockchain Brawlers
By providing a limited number of fighters, the developers allow players to own the assets of the game. Players are required to play actively so that they fight in the rings, earn tokens, craft items, and so on in a circle.
Another reason for launching with a limited number of players is to give the developers time to study the behavior of the players so that they can make adjustments if necessary, before things start to get out of hand with a wider user base. Pretty smart approach that convinces that they are building a sustainable economy for everyone.
Crafting
Crafting will be a very important key to your progress in the game. All in-game items and fighters can be crafted (except legendary fighters). Crafting items and fighters will require $BRWL and Gold NFT. Gold NFTs will be available on the secondary market, while $BRWL tokens will be available to players on exchanges.
Higher level fighters will earn more $BRWL, while regular fighters will earn more gold NFTs. Since both resources are needed for crafting, players will have to find the right balance in the game. The price of gold NFTs will depend on supply and demand in the market.
Ric Flair packs
The pack sale will take place on March 3 at 13:00 (EST) and will be available for 2 hours for users from the whitelist. After that, the sale will open for the rest. As a reminder, the sale will be limited to 90 packs of Ric Flair and only one pack per person will be available for purchase. Packages will be sold for the equivalent of $1500 in WAXP (WAXP price will be fixed on the day of sale).
From the pack, you can knock out one legendary NFT Ric Flair "Nature Boy" and one free NFT cell. Ring NFT will have different rarity levels: Standard, Hard Core, Cage Match or Death Match. Each purchaser will also have the chance to receive a Ric Flair NFT with one of three ultra-rare title belts: National Champion, World Champion, and Metaverse Champion.
