Battle Racers. New project on Loom

Last update:

Battle Racers

Yesterday, 2 May, in the number of games using Loom SDK one more cryptogaming project was added Battle Racers

Battle Racers is an action arcade game where you can design cars, as well as chase and fight on them. Parts, weapons and other elements of customization of your car can be collected, earned and traded with other players.

Garage

The game starts with your garage, where you will subsequently design your cars. Each car consists of four parts: body, front, rear and wheels. Each of these parts will have their own characteristics and skills, which each player can combine for himself. You can create beautiful punishments, or you can score on aesthetics and drive monsters like in the movie "Mad Max" and punish everyone!

Do you want your machine to go faster or better managed? Do you want to be a DD (cause a ton of damage on others) or a tank (emphasis on protection)?

To get spare parts and weapons for your car, you can buy Luthboxes, winning competitions or breaking other cars.

Each car is an ERC-721 token

Each player can create an ERC721 standard token from his NFT typewriter, so it will be easy to sell / buy / exchange cars with other players. Each of the 400 parts available in the game will also be ERC-721 tokens. And the whole history of victories and defeats of a particular car will be recorded, thereby, as conceived by the developers, this will increase its cost (when parsing an auto, the history and identifier will be lost).

Project Decentraland

Battle Racers is compatible with Decentraland, an exciting, decentralized virtual reality world where you can compete in real time with other players in the virtual arena.

You can join training and competitions or just chat and cheer for your favorite racers. If you do not have a car, but you want to drive a car, you can test it for free or pay a small fee for participating in competitions.

Battle Racers

The developers claim that it is difficult for them to tell about all the features of the game, because there are so many of them.

Why Loom?

Virgos took some time to explain why they use Loom. The main reason is the transaction time and gas price in the main ethereum network, which does not allow creating a large and usability-friendly market for spare parts and machines. Loom PlasmaChain and Loom's Transfer Gateway technologies allow solving these problems, thanks to which all in-game assets can be easily traded on any ethereum trading platform.
